Call to Order

Reeve Upham called the Special Meeting of the County of St. Paul to order at 12:05 p.m., there being present the following:

Additions to the Agenda and Acceptance of Agenda

A waiver was circulated and signed by the Councillors present.

  to approve an expenditure of $9,500 for Urban Systems to conduct a water rate analysis and Utility Bylaw review.
