    to provide financial support in the amount of $1500 to assist with refinishing cabinets for the Clancy Richard Arena which will be used to store memorabilia for St. Paul Minor Hockey, Figure Skating and the Jr B Canadians Hockey Club.

Council discussed the requirement for the landowner to pay all applicable non-consumption related rates, fees and charges for Utility Services when the service has been shut-off or disconnected, as per Utility Bylaw 2018-27.  The item was filed.

Council was informed that a resident in the Hamlet of Ashmont is cleaning up a lot by demolishing an old building.  Administration will work with the landowner regarding disposal fees at the transfer stations.

Council discussed the request from the residents at Lac Sante for street lighting.  Administration will push forward with the Street Lighting Policy, so lights are approved in an orderly fashion based on the information in the Street Lighting Retrofit Feasibility Study and Strategy. 

Business on the agenda being concluded, Chairman S. Upham adjourned the meeting at 11:30 am.
