Call to Order

A special meeting of the Council of the County of St. Paul No. 19 was called to order by Reeve Upham at 10:08 a.m., Thursday, March 10, 2011, at the County Office in St. Paul;  there being present:

    Motion that the meeting go in camera at 10:10 a.m. for preliminary discussions on the 2011 Budget as per Section 197 of the Municipal Government Act, 2000, Chapter M-26.1 and amendments thereto, and Division 2 of Part 1 of the FOIP Act, 1994, Chapter F-18.5 and amendments thereto.

The meeting recessed for lunch and reconvened at 1:05 p.m. with all members present.
